Project monitoring is the activity of monitoring, measuring, recording changes in geometry, deformation, displacement and other technical parameters of the building and surrounding environment over time. Deformation monitoring works include the following implementation methods: subsidence observation, horizontal monitoring, inclined observation.

- Checking, determining the settlement value (sinking, average settlement speed of the building) against the settlement limits calculated in the construction design.

- Evaluate the current working capacity of the foundation and the level of current status when put into use.

- Determining the settlement value, the average shift of the works is within the permitted limits for different types of works and construction land.
